NOTE: If you are receiving SNAP or TANF, you may receive a letter stating that your child has been automatically approved for free meals. If you receive this letter, you do not need to fill out an application.
If you do not have access to a computer you may use a computer at your child(ren)'s school to fill out the application or you can ask to receive a paper copy of the Financial Meal Assistance Program (Free & Reduced) meal application with instructions. When completed, the paper application should be returned to your school's main office or mailed to the Warrick County School Corporation's Food and Nutrition Department at:
